Goods are sent generally Mondays (excepting public holidays), following receipt of your payment.  I email you to advise when being sent & send links to growing information. Delivery is by Normal Post, combining orders saves heaps on post. They travel really well packed in moist conditions with their leaves removed to avoid extra stress on plants. Postal price is stated within listing. All stock is sent in moist protective conditions and soaked in a solution of 'Envy' which holds in moisture. Live plant stock is sent the same day as picking from the growing medium. If you wish to receive plants quicker than normal mail please request express post at time of buying.

tiny ball changes colourGrowing Information

As with every order I send a link to growing information on my web site. It is certainly in your best interest to follow these guidelines

tiny ball changes colourPacked Parcels

They are sent with (leaves) foliage removed to reduce plant shock in moist protective conditions. Naturally during transit the younger brittle roots sometimes break, but be assured this never, ever hinders their ability to grow !! During Summer they grow new leaves so very quickly and in Australia are generally deciduous (dormant & leafless) late March till early Spring

tiny ball changes colourReturn/queries

All queries/concerns need to be within 48 hours from date of receipt of parcel. I register most parcels as specified in listings, therefore date of posting and delivery are registered with Australia Post and I have both delivery and sent verification.

Frangipani Heaven will replace if stock available or fully refund including post if it is agreed to be sellers error.

If goods are to be returned and not sellers error then the buyer pays for post and postal registration.

If there are any issues upon opening of parcel I naturally need to hear about this the moment they are received, not some time later. I allow 48 hours from date of delivery. Also, without photographic proof it is just about impossible to validate & assist with any issues. As with all live plant stock it is difficult to ascertain queries, particularly if you raise query some time after receipt of goods and especially without supplying visual evidence.

tiny ball changes colourVariations of flower

Frangipani flowers will always reward you with blooms similar to or exactly the same as images shown. Plants/cuttings generally show true to flower shown in listing within the second growing season. As for seeds you never know what you will get as they are hybrids and likely to produce same or something new and exciting

tiny ball changes colourMore about Frangipani's  Photobucket

Once established they are not thirsty plants/trees and do originate from desert like conditions. This is one of the reasons why they are just great for gardens as they are perfect for water conservation. Suitable for pots and gardens

There is no guarantee they will be same as parent tree, it could look similar or very different, this is why it is so exciting, you may have a new variety that no one has ever seen before!!!

Text Box: Generally first flowers may appear from 2nd to 3rd year onwards. Seedlings do grow faster than cuttings, this is one more advantage of seedlings, leave alone their ability to produce differing strains due to their high genetic chromosone levels. There is certainly no guarantee that seedling will produce blooms to look the same as parent image.
Text Box: I specialise in rare & not so common Plumeria rubra hybrid species from around the world- commonly known as Frangipani in Australia. The hybrids occur due to gardeners growing from seed, resulting in sometimes new & exciting varieties, hence we call them Plumeria rubra Hybrids. Frangipani's may or may not reproduce new varieties if grown from seed, whereas if grown from cuttings highly likely to be same as the parent tree.
Text Box: Frangipani's can lay dormant bare rooted and survive beautifully for very long periods of time. In Winter they are dormant and most lose all leaves. Once they are planted in a nice warm spot they will flourish. Even those we have stored in shed have sprouted new leaves, incredible even in the dark.
